TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms describe the rules for using Vendora's website, beta program, and sourcing platform.

Last updated July 27, 2026

Using Vendora

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that people you invite are authorized to access your firm's workspace.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use Vendora to violate another person's rights.

Beta and waitlist access

Access may be limited, invite-only, or offered as a beta. Beta features may change, be interrupted, or be removed. We may approve, pause, or end access when needed to operate and protect the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Vendora permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit content, including client, vendor, product, image, and project information.

Product information and recommendations

Sourcing results and product details are provided to assist professional judgment. Availability, pricing, specifications, lead times, and third-party website content can change. Verify material details with the vendor before purchase or presentation to a client.

Vendora does not manufacture, sell, or warrant third-party products and is not responsible for transactions between you and a vendor.

Subscriptions and changes

Paid plans, billing terms, and renewal details will be shown before purchase or included in an order form. We may update the service and these terms as the product develops. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated where required.

Service availability and liability

Vendora is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every result will be complete or error-free.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Additional commercial terms may apply to a firm's signed order form or agreement.

Ending access

You may stop using Vendora at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, nonpayment, or conduct that could harm Vendora, its users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive will continue after access ends.
